Biskut Raya?? Ooohh SEMPAT KER !

Selalunya apabila tiba bulan puasa kan, semua pening kepala fikir nak buat biskut raya apa... tapi this year tinggal beberapa hari lagi juga kita akan menyambut Hari Raya Aidilfitri, I baru terhegeh-hegeh nak fikir nak buat cookies apa...boleh x? hehe

Dengan wedding stuff lagi nak fikir & macam-macam lah... x sempat I nak fikir for Raya... infact I havent have any of Baju Raya tauuu... waaa! sedey lah... arini I habiskan masa menggoogled baju raya online... but takde 1 pun berkenan kat hati ni :( ada yang berkenan pun the price mak aihhhhh ...expensive! Dalam fikiran I boleh je nak pakai pink kebaya masa wedding my brother since I got no baju raya, tapi hati ni membuak-buak bukan main dia nak suruh I beli baju raya... Nafsu ni betul lah, susah betul I nak menahan eh! huh!

Hurmmm anyway back to my cookies raya, I planning to make some of cookies as such Tarts (kurma & pineapple) however my mom havent make the jamm. So yang tu I terpaksa lupakan dulu. lagipun pembuatan dia agak complicated.

I just saw at FB one of my friend posted about cookies sarang semut. oh my very the oldschool. jarang kot nampak kat rumah2 kat kl ni. adapun di kampung2 halaman. So I decide to make sarang semut, cuma I have to ask my mom whether she have the bekas untuk parut the tepung jadi one-one slices camtu. Then timbul idea nak buat peanut butter cookies (I remember my mom showed me she bought the kacang tanah for raya cookies), Cornflakes madu (Cornflakes my dad beli, which I dah capai untuk sahur I pagi tadi but my lil sis not allow me...huhu), nestum & cornflakes cookies (all time siblings favourites ni)& terbaru almond cookies. nampak macam sedap & so simple to make.

oh oh, juga.... dalam kepala I ni asyik la teringat akan my MIL buat kek lapis almond. Seriously sedapppp however pembuatannya agak leceh. Tapi for me, lagi leceh lagi adventurous! hehe

1)peanut butter cookies

2)Cornflakes madu

3)nestum & cornflakes cookies

4)almond cookies

5)Tarts (kurma & pineapple) - TBC

6)kek lapis almond (not sure whether I nak buat before or after raya. But I think mungkin lepas raya baru sempat kot!)

So, I have 6 listed cookies & cake raya to make before & after Raya...ermmmm the thing is yang before raya tu.... sempat ke?
