As salam , semalam I timbang berat dan dapati berat I telah berkurang sebanyak 2.5 KG in a week! OK la tu kan?? :)
I step up exercise and cut down on calories. Memang I sekat pemakanan & I mesti ambil Quaker Oat everyday morning or standby whenever I lapar. Bila lapar I makan if not I buat tak layan jer... banyakkan minum air masak. There are 5 step I do:
1. Zero Sugar: Take absolutely no sugar in your coffee/tea. It will feel very weird at first (since these 2 weeks pergi kedai selalu order air suam, healthy way). But gradually you get used to the taste. Take no sweeteners too. Just plain coffee/tea with no sugar at all. Actually I dah tak minum any caffeine as such Nescafe ke apa...only teh tarik (itu pun I made my ownself, I used Nespray powder milk with less sugar) because I cannot stand for not having it everynight. Memang dah rutin having teh tarik with mama ayah!
2. Minum Green tea: If I feel a strong craving to drink something, I make it green tea. I get plenty of flavors of green tea at any super market. Green tea is said to have a lot of anti-oxidants. Bagus & patut amalkan selalu.
3. Exercise 45 minutes on 120x skipping, 30x sit ups, 10mins cycling & 30x bumping. There is no excuse for not doing it every single day. Even if your body protests and groans, push yourself and do it...
4. No to sweet drinks or fried food: This was super hard for me as I do really really love and enjoy my drink! I gave up totally sweet drinks and take very less any kind of fried food.
5. Drink a LOT of water. Memang asyik ke toilet lah alamatnya tapi I gigihkan juaaa...huhu
So, another 18 more kilo's I need to reduce...
P.S: Semalam tengok citer hindustan lovey bodyguard. Kareena kapoor berlakon, perghhh I memang admire dia...body memang meletop. Lagi bersemangat I nak loose down my weight tau!! Hmm.... wish me luck eh?
